Trieste Pinza

Trieste pinza is a typical sweet bread from Trieste, Gorizia and Istria made with simple ingredients such as eggs, flour, butter and sugar.
It is a traditional Easter recipe, but it can be enjoyed all year round not only as a traditional sweet breakfast but also for example with a slice of good cooked ham.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, eggs, butter, baking powder, natural flavourings.
